...well...
So, (good way to start an entry, isn't it?),......sinc I haven't updated my lj for a while I gonna do so now.Yay!My parents came to visit me last Thursday. They arrived at Manchester Airport around 4:30, so I went there right after school with Anna's mom to pick them up. It was ... strange. I hadn't seen them for almost nine month now and now they suddenly popped out of nowhere. My mom was crying. I wasn't sure at first how to feel about seeing them again, but then I decided to be happy. And then I started to be really happy to see them again. It was just so weird at first I guess. Later, we went to the awards night.I got 2 awards, one for Math Team and one for Honors.I know, I'm a nerd.Just kidding. (And if you thought I wasn't then see me and I gonna give you some "counseling") Friday I showed them around in school and introduced them to my teachers. I think my parents liked them a lot. I also took them in my Western Literature class, because I was judge for a trial in a freshmen class, so I think that was fun for them, too.Saturday morning, I left at 8:30 to take them to see the Boys' Rugby High School Championships. I couldn't play, becasue my knee was still screwed up from the Sunday before where I got hit pretty hard by some of the Philips-Exeter people. But at least I wanted to introduce my parents to the game. But (the Championships was at Pembroke Academy near Concord) it was raining all day long. And it was cold. F9cking cold. So my parents didn't come tou of the car alot, and I was standing in the rain watching the team. But they won. The first game. And then we went to Subway. And the team lost. The second game.Nevertheless...GO BERSERKERS!!!We placed 4th in NH division 2.But I think my parents had a good time. Then there was prom.It was awesome. I had a lot of fun with Cathy. I had a tuxedo, she had a lilac colored dress. It was sooooo cool. Anna and me picked her up, and then we went to the High School. We were a little bit late, but still okay. Bus 1, surprisingly, was the last bus and not the first bus. Maybe it has something to do with not using the metric system in the US. You guys sometimes are kind of stupid.Because we were on the last bus, we arrived late, and couldn't sit on a table with the people we wanted. That was kind of sad, but whatever. After dinner, we were kind of just hanging out with them anyways. Then we danced. It was awesome. Around 11, we got picked up again and went to Cathy's house and were hanging otu with Laurel and Mike. That was fun, too, even though I fell asleep half way through Monty Python's The holy grail. And now the bell just ring, I have to stop.See you later...
